Business Days: Monday-Friday

Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed before they are shipped. Processing time for THT Facial Toner is 7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number upon placement of your order. Tracking information will be sent after order processing is complete.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ENTER THE SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTLY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS DUE TO ERRORS IN SHIPPING INFO. 

In the case that you enter your shipping address incorrectly, please email us IMMEDIATELY (benebeautybybri@gmail.com) with the correct shipping info. If you request an address change after your label has already been scanned in by the Post Office, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING THE COST OF A NEW SHIPPING LABEL. 

Bene Beauty by Bri is NOT responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur. Any and all products containing common allergens (ex. tree nuts) will be BLUNTLY STATED in the product description of that item. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE AN ITEM IF YOU HAVE AN ALLERGY TO ANY LISTED INGREDIENTS.

There will be no refunds on any orders unless the wrong item was sent. Please contact us as soon as possible so that this issue may be properly addressed. 

Bene Beauty by Bri is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail or lost after we have received the notification that the package has been delivered. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier listed in your tracking email.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services without notice at any time.
