What are Pre-Orders?

Pre-Orders essentially allow you to "reserve" a product by purchasing it before it has been restocked or released. Pre-Ordered items are checked out as a regular sale, the only difference is the pre-ordered item won't be shipped out immediately as an item that is not pre-sold would.

Shipping Pre-Orders

The day that pre-ordered items begin shipping out will always be listed under each pre-order eligible product description, right above the actual "Pre-Order" button. The listed date is day 1 of our 3 - 5 day processing window, meaning that your pre-order can be shipped out on said date or any of the 5 business days following said date. 

When purchasing pre-ordered items with items currently in stock, the entire package will be shipped on the pre-order shipping schedule covered above. You can have your in-stock items shipped earlier if you'd like, but note that this subjects you to additional shipping fees since we'd be sending out 2 separate packages. Send us an email immediately following placement of your order with your order number and which products you'd like to be shipped immediately.

Can I cancel my Pre-Ordered Items?

Pre-Ordered items can be canceled and refunded with no additional fees as long as the pre-sale period is still open. Pre-Ordered items can not be cancelled once the pre-sale period closes. The pre-sale period will always be listed under each product description both above the "Pre-Order" button and below it (in the timer).

In the rare case of a stocking issue or delay regarding any pre-ordered product, you will be contacted immediately and you reserve the right to cancel your order if the delay/new shipping dates are unsuitable for your needs.
